Articular syndrome includes a spectrum of inflammatory and non-inflammatory joint involvement ranging from arthralgia to arthritis. Its phenotype, differentials management differ slightly in the elderly, considering added effect physiological changes with ageing, comorbidity multimorbidity. This review aims provide an overview common articular including degenerative causes. The arthritis elderly late-onset rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, paraneoplastic crystal arthropathies, systemic vasculitis, ANCA-associated name few. syndromes this age group predominantly include osteoarthritis osteoporosis. There are also evident alterations gut microbiome associated ageing osteoarthritis, which have possible mechanistic significance. aspect geriatric population comes challenges addressing multimorbidity, polypharmacy, drug interactions, not just disease activity. An integrated approach effective physical therapy, vocational activities, tailored each patient is essential for optimal management.

This study explores the epidemiological landscape of musculoskeletal diseases in Kazakhstan over past decade, emphasizing impact on public health and need for individualized medical approaches. Analyzing a 10-year dataset from 2011 to 2020, sourced Ministry Health, reveals significant increase overall morbidity, with highest incidence shifting East region decade ago Astana city 2020. Despite temporary decline during initial COVID-19 pandemic, morbidity rose consistently across all southern regions. Detailed regional analyses highlight Zhambyl as having distinct patterns observed among different age groups genders. The findings underscore importance targeted strategies mitigate enhance health, providing valuable foundation future initiatives.
