Abstract Nurses have become integral members of multidisciplinary teams in managing rheumatic diseases, departing from their traditional patient care roles. This article provides a comprehensive review nurses’ roles, interventions, and impacts several including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthritis, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, polymyalgia rheumatica. It has been demonstrated that under nursing supervision is effective safe, with benefits disease management, quality life, treatment adherence. In addition, nurses play crucial role promoting health, educating patients, administering biological disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the significance telehealth services delivering remote care. However, education training challenges persist, particularly standardization access to postgraduate education. Efforts enhance rheumatology are necessary optimize outcomes meet evolving needs individuals diseases. Collaboration across healthcare institutions, professional groups, educational facilities for continual growth advancement nurse practice. By equipping requisite knowledge, expertise, resources deliver top-notch care, we can well-being diseases foster improved overall health outcomes.

Stroke significantly impacts not only patients but also their relatives, who face the emotional and physical burden of caregiving. Dizziness can be a debilitating condition with various causes, at least one episode reported in 17% to 30% of the international adult population. Given effectiveness rehabilitation treating dizziness and recent advancements telerehabilitation, this systematic review aims investigate telerehabilitation treatment disorder. The search, conducted across Medline, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials, PEDro databases, included randomized controlled trials assessing efficacy interventions, delivered synchronously, asynchronously, or via tele-support/monitoring. Primary outcomes focused on frequency/severity disability, secondary anxiety depression measures. Seven articles met eligibility criteria, whereas five contributed meta-analysis. Significant findings were observed regarding frequency severity (mean difference 3.01, p < 0.001), disability −4.25, (standardized mean −0.16, = 0.02), favoring telerehabilitation. Telerehabilitation shows promise as for dizziness, aligning positive seen traditional studies. However, different approaches requires further investigation, given moderate methodological quality varied nature existing methods programs.

BACKGROUND Telerehabilitation involves the delivery of rehabilitation services through communication technologies. In contrast to traditional in-person rehabilitation, telerehabilitation can help overcome barriers including geographic distance and facility use. There is evidence suggest that lead increased patient engagement adherence treatment plans. However, limited research exists on association with adverse events, potentially hindering its broader adoption utilization in healthcare. OBJECTIVE This systematic review randomized controlled trials aims summarize existing events related delivery.
