Abstract Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is an ongoing disorder distinguished by its multifaceted characteristics. There has been increasing interest in ophthalmologic aspects. This study evaluated the anterior segment parameters of eye patients with FMS, comparing them to healthy controls. Furthermore, correlations disease activity were analyzed. research was structured as a cross-sectional and comparative analysis. Data collected at tertiary care education hospital from August 20, 2024, November 15, 2024. The participants’ central corneal thickness, uncorrected best-corrected visual acuities, refraction parameters, intraocular pressure, meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), dry (DED) evaluated. no significant differences acuity, spherical equivalent, thickness between FMS controls ( p > 0.05). median astigmatism right (diopter) − 0.50 (-8.25–0) for group 0.12 (-1.75–0.50) control = 0.012). left data (-2–1.50) 0 (-1.75–0.75) 0.056). MGD identified 26 (36.6%) individuals group, whereas it 3 (4.3%) participants < 0.001). DED detected 43 (60.6%) 15 (21.4%) had higher rates astigmatism, MGD, compared controls, underscoring necessity routine assessments. These suggest possible ocular involvement which warrants further research.

This paper, after reviewing relevant research materials, designs an evaluation index system for university-enterprise training model engineering majors colleges universities employs combination assignment method to calculate weight value each index. The comprehensive is used assess development level model. cluster analysis conducted college university according their measurement levels. study results show that are classified into four types. Type A have highest cultivation, though they only constitute 7.14% total. D least advanced developing school-enterprise majors, with a score 2.14 points. correlation between proportion schools uniformly equipped teachers’ terminals (0.493) strongest. optimization suggestions presented this response findings, provide innovative breakthrough direction universities.
