Goal. To establish the expediency and effect of using nitrification inhibitor 3,4-dimethyl pyrazole phosphate (DMPF) in combination with urea-ammonia mixture (KAS-32) on yield winter wheat grain. determine difference different norms KAS-32 without addition DMPF. Methods. Field (stationary experiment); laboratory (agrochemical analysis soil plant samples); analytical (systematic long-term results field experiments meteorological observations mathematical statistical methods, correlation regression analysis, modeling, empirical generalization established patterns). Results. It was confirmed that use DMPF together significantly influenced wheat. At same rate KAS-32, 300 kg/ha variant DMPF, increased by 4.5 t/ha, or 12% compared to option where used at rate, In a reduced 250 an kg/ha, but 4.2 c/ha 11.2% over 4 years research (2018–2021). Conclusions. variants productivity control (without fertilizers) 25.3–25.6 t/ha (67.6–68.4%). 4.2–4.5 (11.2–12.0%) (2018–2021)).

Goal. To study the effect of nitrification inhibitor DMPP on processes nitrogen distribution in typical chornozem. Methods. Field, laboratory-analytical, system analysis, comparison; experimental data processing using Microsoft Office Excel computer program. Results. It was established that use inhibitor had a positive Thus, depending agro-climatic conditions and soil type, content ammonium at application exceeded indicator control version by 38–85%; plots where used amount 35 g/ha, nitrate forms were 7.2–12.2 mg/kg more root zone compared to control. The increased effectiveness fertilizers. Thanks slowing down transition from immobile form mobile one, plants received gradual stable nutrition, even late stages organogenesis. postponed release later critical phases culture. Abstract Background: Ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB), ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA), and complete ammonia oxidizers (comammox) play a crucial role in nitrification, which is an essential process terrestrial nitrogen cycling. However, partitioning of their ecological niches has never previously been demonstrated. In this study, we conducted batch incubation applied combination 13 C-stable isotopes multiple inhibitor methods for the first time to elucidate metabolic pathways interactions AOA, AOB, comammox soil subjected different durations winter irrigation. Results: The results showed that proportion organic C-labeled AOA increased by 14.4–75.5% after adding matter. Meanwhile, abundance C-AOA C-comammox 80.3% 64.2%, respectively, whereas inhibition reduced abundance. combined nitrification potential AOB was lower than sum independent potentials co-occurrence from 42–45% 55–58%. Conclusions: Our findings proved can directly or indirectly utilize substances exert complex mechanisms, indicated are synergistic have common C metabolism pathways. These provided evidence niche among soils. study provides reference future studies attempting genetic associations these three microbial functional groups.
