Objective. To review the literature data on comorbidity of cardiovascular disease with Parkinson’s (PD) and to evaluate role autonomic failure as a differential diagnostic criterion for synucleinopathy. Material methods. The search scientific was performed in PubMed, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global databases, electronic library system Media Sphere publishing house from 2014 present includes 42 relevant sources. methodological premise study is notion differentiating dysfunction symptoms diagnosis PD at premotor stage. Conclusion. Autonomic cardiac denervation occurs stage may be its primary manifestations. Patients also develop other comorbid pathology: ischaemic heart disease, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies sudden death. Nosological substantiation crucial providing specialised cardiological care patients.
