With the growth of global population and increasing scarcity resources, sustainability efficiency improvement agricultural production have become urgent needs. The rapid development nanotechnology provides new solutions to this challenge, especially application nanoparticles in agriculture, which is gradually demonstrating its unique advantages broad prospects. Nonetheless, various can influence plant diverse manners, often through distinct mechanisms action. Beyond their direct effects on itself, they frequently alter physicochemical properties soil modulate structure microbial communities rhizosphere. This review focuses intently methods growth, delving deeply into interactions between plants, as well with communities. aim offer a comprehensive reference for utilization functionalized sector.

Drought stress during the Codonopsis pilosula (Campanulaceae) seedling stage significantly affects its growth, quality, and yield. The aim of this study was to identify drought-tolerant cultivars C. by using growth-physiology-yield composite index (GPYCI) indices. Nine were evaluated under normal-watered (black plastic film hole sowing, BF) water-stressed (spread in open field, SF) conditions a design that adopted two-factor paired experiment with three replications. emergence rate influenced water treatment, while both treatment cultivar affected root length, proline content, APX activity, chlorophyll levels. G1 performed better than others multiple aspects. Yields their attributes varied among different average yield 7350.76 kg/hm2 BF 4856.32 SF conditions. reduced total single fresh weight, 18.33%, 28.4%, 33.9%, respectively. Correlation analysis revealed unique physiological response mechanisms changes cultivars. tolerance indices comprehensive factor indicated varying levels drought This has provided valuable insights into physiology, laid foundation for breeding
