Since plant’s edible parts are one of the most important sources nutrition, agronomic biofortification plays a huge role in overcoming mineral deficiency worldwide. The field-based research trial was set up 2 years (2020 and 2021) with seven different treatments foliar Zn Se biofortification: 1. control (without or solutions); 2. Se_1 treatment: 10 g/ha Se; 3. Se_2 20 4. Se_3 30 5. Zn_1 3 kg/ha Zn; 6. Zn_2 6 7. + kg ha Zn. There were six soybean varieties 00 to I maturity group (Ika, Korana, Lucija, Sonja, Sunce, Toma) included study, which originated from Agricultural Institute Osijek, Croatia. After sampling plants at harvest, macro- micronutrient status grain, pods, leaves, stems determined, as well nutrient removal by plant. In general, treatment has very significant influence (p < 0.001) on both accumulation grain elements within all above-ground organs. highest increments determined treatment, 43% higher than treatment. Toma variety accumulates (61.47 mg/kg), Lucija (1070.71 µg/kg). content where it 53 times compared control. linear regression showed that for each g applied, increased 3.18 mg/kg 338.71 µg/kg, respectively. use efficiency (NUE) (2.6%) vegetative mass (4.4%) (Zn_1). Generally, treatments, found seed yields 4.0 t/ha have average NUE, around 38%, 6%.
