This article deals with the issues of ensuring safety population in residences citizens. It is planned to implement an electronic platform that allows for quick collection and analysis information on technical social condition residential areas. These strategies focus digital transformation national economy, industry, society. In Uzbekistan, significant steps have been taken modern communication technologies (ICT) public administration, education, healthcare, agriculture. One notable challenge addressed this study management carbon monoxide poisoning, fire hazards, explosions during heating season. The research highlights limitations manual data collection, including risk loss, difficulty locating information, inefficiencies processing critical data. program processes less than a minute, facilitating more efficient emergency preventive measures. system exemplifies role technology enhancing optimizing government operations.
