Abstract
Integration
of
unmanned
aerial
vehicles
(UAVs)
with
ultra-reliable
and
low-latency
communication
(URLLC)
systems
can
improve
the
real-time
performance
for
various
industrial
internet
things
(IIoT)
applications.
Designing
an
intelligent
resource
allocation
system
is
one
challenges
posed
by
energy-constrained
UAV
system.
Therefore,
we
formulate
a
sum
rate
maximization
problem,
subject
to
UAVs’
energy
optimizing
blocklength
power
control
jointly
in
uplink
UAV-assisted
URLLC
systems,
which
probabilistic
channel
model
between
users
adopted.
The
problem
difficult
solve
due
non-convex
objective
function
constraints,
also
challenging
make
fast
decision
complex
environment.
Thus,
propose
deep
reinforcement
learning
(DRL)-based
scheme
optimize
jointly.

multi-agent
