Abstract Purpose Cancer-related cognitive impairment is one of the symptoms neurotoxicity among patients receiving chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy. Evidence overall estimated prevalence cancer-related following CAR T-cell therapy with hematologic malignancies at short-term and long-term follow-ups lacking. This review aimed to summarize functioning status estimate follow-up within 1 month, 12 months, > months after Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CINAHL Plus, Web Science, PsycINFO via ProQuest from inception through August 2024. Abstract Background: Sleep deprivation and cognitive impairment represent significant issues among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, significantly impacting their daily activities treatment journeys. The side effects of chemotherapy frequently contribute to disturbances in sleep functions these individuals. Recognizing the scope difficulties is essential for developing tailored interventions that cater specific requirements patients, ultimately improving quality life results. Materials Methods: research took place at a tertiary care hospital, where 83 eligible were enlisted assessed using PSQI questionnaire cognition MoCA. Each was administered only once. A total score ≤5 indicated good quality, while exceeding 5 poor quality. Similarly, MoCA below 26 suggested impaired cognition. Results: Among entire sample, observed 80.7% identified 44.6% patients. Conclusion: study deduces are exceedingly prevalent chemotherapy.
