This article addresses the issues of falling into local optima and insufficient exploration capability in Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm (AOA), proposing an improved with a multi-strategy mechanism (BSFAOA). algorithm introduces three strategies within standard AOA framework: adaptive balance factor SMOA based on sine functions, search strategy combining Spiral Search Brownian Motion, hybrid perturbation Whale Fall Mechanism Polynomial Differential Learning. The BSFAOA is analyzed depth well-known 23 benchmark CEC2019 test four real optimization problems. experimental results demonstrate that can better exploitation capabilities, significantly enhancing stability, convergence mode, efficiency algorithm.
