In this work, a microfluidic immunosensor chip was developed by incorporating technology with electrochemiluminescence (ECL) for sensitive detection of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2). Ag@Au NCs closed glutathione (GSH) were introduced ECL system excellent and stable performance. synthesized CeO2–Au applied as coreaction promoter signal amplification system, which made result HER2 more reliable. addition, designed integrated biosensing into microchip, realizing rapid accurate its high throughput low usage. short peptide ligand NARKFKG (NRK) achieved an effective connection between antibody nanocarrier improving efficiency sensor. had storage stability sensitivity than traditional methods, wide range from 10 fg·mL–1 100 ng·mL–1 limit (LOD) 3.29 fg·mL–1. general, platform successfully constructed, providing new idea breast cancer (BC) clinical detection.
