Abstract
Climate
factors
in
different
climate
change
scenarios
can
influence
social
and
political
development

area.
This
study
explores
the
role
of
climatic
shaping
landscape
Ilam,
a
city
experiencing
rapid
urbanization
due
to
population
growth,
increased
demand
for
housing
commercial
space,
need
urban
services.
Through
descriptive-analytical
approach
field
data
collection,
research
surveyed
58
managers,
researchers,
specialists
using
SWOT
technique
analyze
city's
strengths,
weaknesses,
opportunities,
threats
context
development.
The
results
indicate
that
parameters
play
significant
Ilam's
development,
with
ability
align
land
soil
temperature
as
key
strength.
However,
challenges
exist
technical
sector,
while
opportunities
lie
human
resources
integration

technologies.
