This study aimed to determine the effects of a four-week imagery intervention on track start performance and levels in swimmers. A total 20 licensed athletes, consisting 10 girls (mean age 15.6 ± 0.7 years) boys’ swimmers 15.8 0.5 years), who train for 120 minutes per day, five days week, voluntarily participated research. Prior intervention, athletes' performances were recorded as pre-test using GoPro Hero5 camera (GoPro, Inc., San Mateo, CA). The athletes’ measured with Sport Imagery Questionnaire Children (SIQ-C) developed by Hall et al. (2009) adapted Turkish Kafkas (2011). Subsequently, athletes guided through 15-minute sessions, focusing both internal external perspectives, support expert trainers before their daily training sessions four weeks.
