Abstract Pollution from oils, heavy metals, dyes, and organic solvents threatens the environment human health with oil spills toxic metals severely impacting marine ecosystems. Gels offer a promising remediation solution due to their high surface area for pollutant adsorption ease of chemical modification. This study investigates hydroxylamide‐based gelators as effective materials environmental remediation. These rapidly gelate liquids commercial fuels at room temperature, selectively coagulating oils oil‐water mixtures forming stable gels making them highly efficient spill recovery. Additionally, N ‐hydroxypalmitamide exhibits ability gel edible expanding its potential applications in skincare, biomedical fields. Beyond remediation, these demonstrate metal ion reduction capabilities particularly Cu(II) Fe(III) water distinctive green brown complexes. unique property highlights removal contaminated use analytical chemistry detection. With versatility eco‐friendly nature, solutions addressing critical challenges.
