The development of screen-printed electrochemical sensors represents a rapidly expanding research field with great potential for applications in the rapid and sensitive determination drugs complex matrices. This work presents review state-of-the-art examples this technology, focusing on its application real matrices such as water, pharmaceutical formulations, biological fluids. We discuss main materials used developing conductive inks, highlighting their properties influence sensor performance. characterization is crucial to ensure reproducibility reliability results. Additionally, we address challenges associated these matrices, interferences from other components need sample pretreatment. Finally, present future perspectives sensors, an emphasis new technologies that can improve sensitivity, selectivity, stability devices.
