Advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly transformed the field of abdominal radiology, leading to an improvement diagnostic and disease management capabilities. This narrative review seeks evaluate current standing AI imaging, with a focus on recent literature contributions. work explores diagnosis characterization hepatobiliary, pancreatic, gastric, colonic, other pathologies. In addition, role has been observed help differentiate renal, adrenal, splenic disorders. Furthermore, workflow optimization strategies quantitative imaging techniques used for measurement tissue properties, including radiomics deep learning, are highlighted. An assessment how these advancements enable more precise diagnosis, tumor description, body composition evaluation is presented, which ultimately advances clinical effectiveness productivity radiology. Despite technical, ethical, legal challenges persist, challenges, as well opportunities future development,

Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) include two main entities: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). Despite the awareness of specialists, knowledge pathogenesis, advances in diagnostics, there are still patients whom clinical, endoscopic, histological presentation does not fully correspond to one diseases, which is defined as undifferentiated colitis. Subsequently, some these cases verified UC or CD; however, other followed up for a long time with an uncertain diagnosis. Nevertheless, differential diagnosis crucial choice therapeutic tactics, risk assessment surgical treatment, prognosis colorectal cancer. The article aims demonstrate challenges CD child rectal stenosis. In described case, low compliance girl led significant errors traditional therapy regimens, development complications that irreversibly change anatomical structure colon complicate examination, mimicking course stenosing CD. clinical case emphasizes need more detailed criteria additional algorithms, earlier use genetically engineered biological agents disease-modifying therapy.
