Given that daily exposure to nanoparticles is now unavoidable, there are concerns have unexpected biological effects due their small size. Here, we examined the biodistribution of silver nanoparticles, which most frequently used owing antibacterial activity, with a diameter 10 nm (nAg10) male genital tract, and paternal treatment nAg10 on fetal development. Male Slc:ICR mice were orally treated for 14 consecutive days. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry analysis detected in blood testis mice, but no general toxicological induced. Moreover, significant changes development when these mated nontreated female mice. This implies although ingested distributed it does not affect under present conditions.
