Purpose Driven by the United Nations’ global call for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are under increasing stakeholder pressure to adopt green innovation. This study explores impact of on SMEs’ innovation adoption examines moderating role government support in achieving SDGs. Design/methodology/approach Through an online questionnaire survey, data were collected from 309 owners managers SMEs operating six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations. Using a combination judgmental snowball sampling techniques, analyzed SmartPLS4. Millennials encounter unique pressures, including shifting labor markets, high housing costs, uncertainty, which may impact their broader life choices. This cross-cultural comparative study investigates the interplay between environmental sentiment among Greek Dutch Millennials, exploring how cultural differences influence these dynamics.
