Utilizing experience sampling methodology, research captures dynamic nature as states, providing insights into situational dynamics. Methods 440 students reported twice during classes for a period 10 days on experiences frustration. Additionally, teachers indicated methods that were used each measurement occasion. Results have more positive emotional pattern Fridays “Thank God it’s Friday” effect) Wednesdays, likely due anticipation leisure time. “Frustrating Tuesday” effect was observed, while no evidence found “Blue Monday” effect.
