Abstract Environmental DNA (eDNA) analysis holds significant promise for monitoring aquatic ecosystems. This study examined the relationship between longitudinal distribution, biomass and eDNA concentrations of Salvelinus leucomaenis in a small stream using conventional electrofishing gear parallel.
