The invention of an easy synthetic approach for extremely impactful nanomaterials (NMs) is one the crucial research areas in modern science and engineering. In present work, we describe a cost-effective, simple, rapid environmentally gracious biogenic fabrication nickel/nickel oxide nanoparticles (Ni/NiO NPs) using Gymnema sylvestre as natural fuel. textural characteristics as-prepared Ni/NiO NPs were explored X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), photoluminescence (PL), field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDX), high-resolution transmission microscopy (HRTEM). XRD affirmed crystalline nature phase formation NPs. FTIR spectrum ascertains NPs, band gap 4.29 eV revealed from DRS studies. display intense emission peak at 576.2 nm their PL spectrum. pseudo-spherical was displayed by FESEM HRTEM images. particle size obtained 21 nm, which resembles median crystallite ascertained data. Additionally, plausible mechanism illustrated. Moreover, as-synthesized considerable antifungal potential against Candida albicans Aspergillus niger. Results that leaves extract can synthesize with appealing biological effectiveness application nanomedicine sector.

This research work aimed to isolate and culture the bacterium Bacillus paramycoides for biogenic fabrication of zinc oxide nanoparticles, specifically ZnO ZnO-ME nanoparticles (nanoparticles fabricated from bacterial extracts only – ZnO, cell mass including extract ZnO-ME). SEM investigation revealed spherical-shaped NPs with 22.33 39 nm in size ZnO-ME, respectively. The Brunauer, Emmett, Teller (BET) studies mesoporous structure pore diameters 13.839 13.88 surface area 7.617 33.635 m2/gm Various parameters adsorption sulfur black dye onto both were screened optimized using Plackett–Burman Design (PBD), Full Factorial (FFD) Central Composite (CCD). results optimization modeling study that FFD yielded most predictable best-fitting among all models studied, R2 values 0.998 0.993 ZnO-ME. Notably, exhibited a greater removal efficiency 80% than i.e., 71%, it may be due presence amorphous carbon on Among various isothermal models, Freundlich model displayed strongest correlation data, confirming multilayer supporting physisorption. Therefore, have been proven as potential tools mitigating environmental impacts associated dye-containing wastewater.
