This review focuses on the methods of preparation and biological, physiochemical, theoretical analysis inclusion complexes formed between estrogens cyclodextrins (CDs). Because have a low polarity, they can interact with some cyclodextrins’ hydrophobic cavities to create complexes, if their geometric properties are compatible. For last forty years, estrogen-CD been widely applied in several fields for various objectives. example, CDs used as estrogen solubilizers absorption boosters pharmaceutical formulations, well chromatographic electrophoretic procedures separation quantification. In this study, authors aimed adsorption malachite green by using novel nanocomposite (β-CDPZF) based on β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) polymer containing Zinc ferrite (ZF) nanofiller.
