The limited germination capacity of stevia is a serious problem in cultivation. Drought stress one the most important environmental constraints that impact seed and early growth many crops. This study's objective was to assess effects foliar application different plant promoters (PGPs), including salicylic acid (SA; 250 µM), ascorbic (AsA; mM), moringa leaf extract (MLE; 10%), thiourea (TU; 10 proline (PRO; 1 on few indices physiological characteristics (Stevia rebaudiana var. honey) seedlings under drought (half field capacity). Seeds were sown at 0.5-inch depth after 15 days germination, subjected stress. Later week stress, supplementation PGPs applied, plants harvested supplementation. According findings, had detrimental various parameters such as shoot length, root fresh dry weight, number however helped alleviate impacts improving length (8.33–16.67%), weight (9.09–55.68%), (49.02–286.27%). Furthermore, significantly enhanced photosynthetic pigments, PRO accumulation, AsA content peroxidase enzymatic activity several folds all treatments compared control. MLE found be efficient than other PGP conditions. Nevertheless, oxidative damage parameters, hydrogen peroxide, reduced dramatically (16.16–37.88%) treatment with PGPs, maintaining membrane integrity Hence, suggested may help increase seedling development
