In the realm of medical imaging, retinal vessels segmentation (RVS) has a significant role for diseases diagnosis, such as diabetic retinopathy, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, etc. recent years, deep convolutional neural networks (DNNs) approaches have shown their effectiveness RVS tasks, especially u-shaped (encoder-decoder) based models. However, manual design these models is not trivial, and designing optimal architecture time-consuming, requires expert knowledge. Neural Architecture Search (NAS) widely used method automatically de-signing network architectures within predefined search space. this paper, we propose implementation strategy three Metaheuristic optimization algorithms, Genetic Algorithm (GA), Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) Particle Swarm (PSO), to U-shaped (Encoder-Decoder) its hyperparameters Retinal vessel (RVS). The proposed approach evaluated on DRIVE dataset. experimental results reveal that our GWO algorithm performs better than GA PSO which converge more solutions with fewer iterations.
