Unreliable energy supply disrupts productivity and escalates costs in manufacturing enterprises, highlighting the need for robust resilience strategies. Existing multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), best–worst method (BWM), unaugmented TOPSIS, often lack advanced risk prioritization objective criteria weighting, limiting their effectiveness addressing complex, multidimensional challenges. This study proposes an integrated framework that combines Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) prioritization, CRITIC-method weighting based on 4A's dimensions—availability, accessibility, affordability, acceptability—and fuzzy-TOPSIS strategy ranking. The bridges theoretical rigor with operational applicability, unique challenges faced by enterprises. Validated through a real-world case sensitivity analysis, it identifies actionable strategies, flexible scheduling, demonstrating consistent rankings across comparative analyses fuzzy VIKOR, WASPAS, MARCOS. sector-specific approach advances both academic understanding industrial practice providing scalable, tool enhancing resilience. presents integrating FMEA, CRITIC-method, within to address It prioritizes risk, provides ranks strategies under uncertainty. study, effective demonstrates adaptability, confirming robustness via analyses. This paper aims to effectively tackle decision-making problems on interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy sets; the current research suggested an integrated approach based WASPAS method. The criteria weights were determined by combining objective obtained similarity measure with subjective provided decision-makers. combination made achieving more realistic possible. Interval-valued sets subjected improved scoring functions and novel measures concerning weights. application of green supply chain management is discussed show that created fully applies multi-criteria issues in actual world.
