A two-stage cold supply chain manages the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products like frozen food, fresh/green products, pharmaceuticals, which makes it costly. It consists three key elements: a supplier, warehouse, multiple customers. Procurement planning can be conducted for various this study assumes transport product with gradually decreasing quality due to its perishable nature. In chain, objective functions defined, including cost minimization, optimization, transportation/storage condition optimization. We developed mathematical model optimize these objectives, incorporating two specific functions, minimization age reduction, ensure efficient performance. Traditional solution methods often struggle multi-objective models their complexity. Therefore, Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II), Algorithm-based approach, was applied solve efficiently. NSGA-II optimized 7-day period under demand conditions, ensuring better resource allocation. The results showed that than traditional at making decisions routing efficiently in chain. This led much outcomes, lower costs, less waste, throughout process.
