Although early intervention is known to be effective in promoting positive child and family outcomes, not all families equally benefit from these services due issues of access. Disparities are occur the publicly funded system, which exacerbated among marginalized with diverse backgrounds, including cultural or linguistic differences. To examine determinants culturally responsive intervention, we conducted a qualitative study 15 providers who work their young child. We used set interview questions based on Exploration, Preparation, Implementation, Sustainment (EPIS) framework better understand barriers, facilitators, suggestions field. Through thematic coding, identified at provider, organization, systemic levels provide for families. Implications policy practice discussed.
