Abstract We face increasing demand for greater access to effective routine mental health services, including telehealth. However, treatment outcomes in clinical practice are only about half the size of those reported controlled trials. Progress feedback, defined as ongoing monitoring patients’ response with standardized measures, is an evidence-based that continues be under-utilized care. Introduction Early childhood educators continue to need support build their capacity promote positive social and emotional development address challenging behavior when it occurs, without resorting exclusion. One approach improve the experiences outcomes of young children through better is Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMHC). ECMHC an evidence-based intervention that pairs a mental health professional (i.e., “consultant”) with early providers inclusion by supporting children's development. Methods In this paper, we describe model combines data-driven action planning individualized educators' implement teaching practices fidelity. The begins in-context classroom observations child engagement practices, as well teacher-report behavior.
