This study analysed the leadership approaches that determine one of components organisational resilience: situational awareness in business organisations. Fraud, unlawful acts, and corruption are increasingly prevalent today. Many countries have established rules, norms, legislation to guide the reporting of workplace misconduct. Whistleblowing has emerged as an effective strategy for exposing inappropriate organizational activities, whether internal or external parties. policies play a vital role in mitigating eradicating fraud wrongdoing, making it essential every country implement such measures. This paper examines availability enforcement whistleblower protection across ASEAN countries. A descriptive statistical analysis was employed this study, with information on whistleblowing gathered from reputable sources, including Malaysian law. The findings show that absence specific laws organizations many is challenging. However, helps strengthen governance by increasing transparency accountability. Greater regional collaboration can lead unified legal protections stronger ethical governance.

Otel işletmelerinde yaşanan etik dışı olaylar ve sonuçları akademide ilgi çekici konular arasındadır. Bilgi uçurma davranışı, davranışların önlenmesi çabalarında kritik bir role sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı otel durumlara yönelik bilgi davranışının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında betimleyici fenomenolojik tasarımı kullanılmıştır. Ölçüt örneklem tekniğinin kullanıldığı araştırmada veriler 29 yöneticisinden görüşme tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen betimsel analiz Bulgulara göre hırsızlık, taciz, kişisel verilerin kullanımı, vergi kaçırma gibi yasa olmayan gözlemlendiği bu bildirilmesi birlikte çalışanlarda işini kaybetme korkusu misillemeye uğrama endişelerin olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca çalışanların davranışları üç alt tema düzeyinde incelenmiştir. kapsamda ele alınan bulgular toplumsal normlara uyma, düzenin korunması düzeyde saygınlık isteği, iş ahlakına uygun davranma örgütsel değişim, verimliliğin artması sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesi çalışanlarının davranışına bulguları, alandaki çalışmalara farklı bakış açısı sunmaktadır. doğrultuda araştırmanın genel sonuçları: Çalışanların bildirme konusunda çeşitli çekinceler taşıdığını, açık politikaların gerekliliğini ihlalleri önlemeye önerilerin önemini ortaya koymaktadır.
