Abstract Background: Among early-onset conduct problems (CP), associated with more disruptive behaviors of greater intensity and stability, several domains have been proposed from a variable-centered perspective to capture their heterogeneity: oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity (ADHD), callous-unemotional traits (CU). Using person-centered approach, the present study aims identify distinct profiles child CP, examining different predictors developmental outcomes. Methods: Data included parent- teacher-reported questionnaires an ongoing longitudinal (ELISA). Latent were identified first in community sample (n = 2,103; age 4–8 years; 50.9% boys) replicated high-CP subsample 168; 70.24% boys). Results: Four emerged (Normative Development, Daring/Impulsive, Low prosociality + Fear; Psychopathic Traits [PP]), three (same except normative). The CP aligned ADHD CU domains, but not ODD domain. Differences activity, punitive inconsistent parenting emerge as most significant predictors. Regarding outcomes, PP profile stands out group severe emotional, social behavioral maladjustment. Conclusions: These findings highlight heterogeneity within importance designing specific tailored interventions for each profile.
