The growing demand for efficient and economical cooling in both indoor outdoor applications, especially personal environments, is a major challenge globally today. Passive daytime radiative technology with spectral selectivity which operates by transferring heat into cold universe (∼3 K) through the atmospheric window (8–13 μm) an emerging sustainable technology. However, passive materials are still limited nondegradable, finite categories single function. In this paper, multifunctional biobased poly(lactic acid) (PLA)/poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) nanofiber membranes radiation cooling, electrical conductivity, antibacterial properties were prepared electrospinning combined spraying This membrane has high solar reflectivity (82%) strong mid-infrared emissivity (98%) that achieves temperature drop of 5.5–12 °C on sunny days 2.9–10 cloudy days. Adding 18.2% silver nanowires can reduce resistance to 208 Ω, also endowed good properties. opens up environmentally approach thermal management introduces new possibilities rational design next-generation smart textiles.
