Chinese Narrative Discourse Construction and Foreign Cultural Communication Strategies from a Cross-cultural Perspective

Abstract Chinese discourse and the narrative system are not only theoretical basis framework for telling culture well but also resources that must be relied upon in external communication of culture. In this study, we design process constructing based on perspective cross-cultural characteristics social media propose a strategy construction method. Subsequently, crawl online text data cultural communication, use BERT BI-LSTM models to extract emotion-related information comment SoftMax function classify emotion polarity order explore effect foreign communication. The results show video uploaded through has achieved better TikTok platform, total number likes is more than 52.88M. It found positive emotions dominate overseas netizens’ comments videos related proportion positive, reaches 73.76%, showing strong attitude towards strategies proposed paper, combination with discourse, can overcome current barriers enhance influence
