:Pharmaceutical supply chain management (PSCM) aims to alleviate logistical challenges. However, traditional online pharma systems face issues during implementation, particularly regarding transparency and fostering mutual trust among stakeholders. The primary security goals for a (SCM) solution are ensuring authentication, confidentiality, data provenance, auditability. proposed blockchain-based (BPSCM) is implemented in three phases: registration, pharmaceutical product circulation, secure payment. registration phase computes the identification number upon hashed private key along with Edwards-curve digital signature algorithm (EdDSA) all pharm circulation implements transactions participants by developing smart contracts where cryptographic operators ensure provenance. analysis demonstrates that framework effectively mitigates impersonation collusion attacks. Performance metrics, including gas consumption, throughput, latency, computational cost, were examined compared standard PSCM frameworks evaluate BPSCM's effectiveness.

As supply chains become increasingly digitized and decentralized, ensuring security, traceability, data integrity has emerged as a critical concern. Blockchain technology shown significant potential to address these challenges by providing immutable records, transparent flows, tamper-resistant transaction logs. However, the effective application of blockchain in real-world requires careful evaluation both architectural design technical limitations, including scalability, interoperability, privacy. This review systematically examines existing blockchain-based chain solutions, classifying them based on their structural models, cryptographic foundations, storage strategies. Special attention is also given underexplored humanitarian logistics scenarios. It introduces three-dimensional framework assess across different approaches. In doing so, it explores key technological enablers, advanced mechanisms such zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) cross-chain architectures, meet evolving privacy interoperability demands. Furthermore, this study outlines conceptual interaction scenario involving permissioned permissionless networks, connected through bridge mechanism supported representative smart contract logic. The model illustrates how decentralized stakeholders can interact securely heterogeneous platforms. By integrating quantitative metrics, simulations, qualitative analyses, paper contributes deeper understanding blockchain’s role next-generation chains, offering guidance for researchers practitioners aiming resilient trustworthy management (SCM) systems.

In today's globalized agricultural system, information leakage of biological risk factors can lead to business risks and public panic, jeopardizing corporate reputation. To solve the above problems, this study constructs a blockchain network for product traceability based on factor data achieve supply chain meet sustainability challenges. guarantee secure flexible sharing privacy limit scope dissemination, blockchain-based proxy re-encryption access control method (BBPR-AC) is designed. Aiming at problems technology, such as third-party agent being prone evil, authorization judgment cumbersome, process not automated, we design mechanism products' factors. Designing an attribute-based (ABAC) products involves defining attributes each link in chain, formulating policies, evaluating executing these deployed system form smart contracts. This approach achieves decentralization automation authority judgment. By analyzing characteristics within avoid malicious behavior agents, decentralized acts trusted agent, combined with symmetric encryption improve efficiency. ensures efficient process, making safe, transparent, efficient. Finally, prototype built Hyperledger Fabric verify research method's reliability, security, The experimental results show that scheme's initial encryption, re-encryption, decryption sessions exhibit lower computational overheads than traditional methods. When number policies requests session 100, policy query latency less 400 ms, request-response slightly more 360ms, uploading throughput 48.7 tx/s. 81.8 tx/s, performance consumption low protection needs chain. BBPR-AC proposed provides ideas achieving refined management promoting digital transformation industry.
