Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are playing an increasingly important role in higher education. However, some MOOCs still suffer from low quality, which hinders the sustainable development of Course characteristics reflect students’ needs for online learning and have a significant impact on quality MOOCs. In course improvement process, existing research has neither improved MOOC perspective student nor it considered resource constraints. Therefore, to deal with this situation, we propose student-needs-driven framework. framework, first map differentiated into based function deployment (QFD). Then, formulate mixed-integer linear programming model produce policies. The effectiveness proposed framework is verified by real-world data China’s education We also investigate impacts budget, cost, satisfaction. Our results revealed that significantly improve satisfaction, budget be increased small amount or cost greatly reduced. provides effective decision-making reference educators quality.

With the popularity of mobile networks and intelligent terminals, online fragmented learning, as a new learning method, has become mainstream way for college students to acquire knowledge study independently. However, are prone “accept-interruption” in learning; thus, it is difficult them master complete system form rigorous logic system, which essential ensure effect learning. Therefore, this investigates antecedents students’ continuance behaviors (CBOFL). Based on expectation confirmation model (ECM), theoretical developed examine factors influencing CBOFL. Taking total 429 undergraduate who have studied contest courses Chinese university massive open (MOOCs) research subjects, mechanism underlying determinants CBOFL analyzed, six hypotheses tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) technique with AMOS. The results indicate that positively impacts intrinsic motivation satisfaction; motivation, satisfaction, teachers’ influence all significantly affect Additionally, predicting powers different vary broadly; therein, satisfaction most significant effect. This makes contributions quantitative literature ECM. Still, also important practical significance guiding facilitating sustainability

Behavioral intention research suggests that it can effectively predicts to adopt information technology and emphasizes the importance of examining antecedents such use. However, literature also highlights individual behavioral intentions be affected by external factors social influences. Current study examines impacts different (quality, social, behavioral, innovative) on use e-learning system. We designed special instruments examine female students' system extending TPB as foundational framework. An extension is used with McLean & Delone Innovative Theory enhance overall theoretical Survey data collected from 699 participants test hypotheses. Findings suggested subjective norms, self-efficacy, environment quality, perceived innovativeness presented significant associations e-learning. Research implications limitations are examined discussed.
