Constant teacher training and up-dating is fundamental to provide quality teaching learning. Digital competences are among the skills that teachers must acquire in order improve learning processes. The aim of present study was review scientific production last five years regarding digital competence (TDC). To this end, preferred reporting items for systematic reviews meta-analyses methodology used, performing research two relevant databases: Scopus Web Science. A total 19 articles met pre-established criteria were ultimately selected analyzed. thorough analysis documents conducted with ATLAS.ti software. analyze co-occurrence keywords, VOSviewer employed. main results show increasing, studies mostly focused on exploring level TDC, which usually low. samples mainly composed secondary education teachers. This concludes by highlighting need develop programs improvement TDC carry out further line.

Abstract Digital competencies are very significant in terms of integrating digital resources into educational processes. This study presents the validity and reliability an instrument created by Carrera et al. (2011), order to evaluate basic competence three main agents community (teachers, students, parents) for all stages (Early Childhood Education, Primary Secondary Education Higher Education), making use (1) Skills management transfer technological data, (2) Software hardware skills, (3) Web navigation (4) using word processors, (5) Data processing y (6) Multimedia presentation design skills. The application was carried out with a sample 1,149 participants from stages, coming entire territory Dominican Republic. Reliability assessed various measures, including Cronbach’s Alpha, Spearman-Brown Coefficient, Guttman’s Two Halves, McDonald’s Omega, composite reliability. To validate instrument, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory (CFA) were purpose understanding dimensionality scale (comprehension validity, construct convergent, discriminant invariance validity). results demonstrated highly satisfactory reliability, good fit model observed, valid any agent stage. final version consists 20 items classified six latent factors.

КРИТЕРІЇ ТА ПОКАЗНИКИ ДІАГНОСТУВАННЯ ЦИФРОВОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ОФІЦЕРІВ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ В СИСТЕМІ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇАнотація.У цій статті автори досліджують критерії та показники діагностування розвиненості цифрової компетентності офіцерів військового управління в системі підвищення кваліфікації.Висновки зроблені на підставі глибокого вивчення публікацій щодо розвитку компетентності, трансформаційних процесів у військовій освіті сучасних практик кваліфікації фахівців Україні країнахчленах НАТО.Під час дослідження серед іншого використовували опитування інтерв'ю з офіцерами управління, щоб визначити їх рівень потреби очікування кваліфікації, а отже більш точно і сформулювати процесі компетентності.Разом інтерв'ю, опитуваннями спостереженням використано метод фокусгруп експертами військової освіти, фахівцями цифрових технологій представниками оборонного відомства, що надало можливості отримати різні точки зору те, які знання, навички компетенції необхідні офіцерам цифрову епоху.Додатково було залучено аналіз документів: навчальні програми
