Undergraduate academic achievement serves as a vital measure of higher education standards. The impact perceived social support on outcomes has gained considerable attention. Nevertheless, existing studies have shown varied results regarding its correlation with undergraduate achievement, and the moderating effects remain unclear. This research utilized meta-analytic method to comprehensively assess link between support, including subtypes (teacher, peer, parental support), achievement. It further explored how variables like gender, economic level, cultural background measurement type function moderators. analysis incorporated 27 studies, resulting in 41 distinct effect sizes across 31,019 participants. indicated positive but modest teacher having strongest among subdimensions. Moreover, contextual demographic factors support-achievement relationship exhibited variations different subdimensions support. study provides essential empirical evidence about complex mechanisms linking outcomes, offering theoretical practical guidance for educational policy future research. Using the e-learning system in teaching and learning is becoming normal Tanzania's higher education. Higher education institutions (HEIs) strive to provide an appropriate environment for instructors students utilise effectively. This study explored students' utilisation of motivational factors that influenced utilisation. The surveyed demographic differences among 730 undergraduate who were randomly sampled from three campuses at a HEI Tanzania. Data analysed through descriptive statistics, independent t-tests one-way ANOVA. findings show significantly motivated by e-learning-supportive environment, lecturers' influences, personal interests. Similarly, highly utilised uploading downloading documents, but online activities could be more utilised. E-learning was found average, further measures should taken enhance use system. Furthermore, no significant difference gender, though it contrary different years study. With influencing utilisation, recommends intensive training on early years.

Based on the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM), this study explores impact of perceived educational and emotional support university students’ continuance intention to engage in e-learning. Researchers conducted a survey using structured questionnaires among 368 students from three universities Jiangxi Province. They measured their self-reported responses six constructs: support, usefulness, confirmation, satisfaction, intention. The relationships between predictors intention, characterized by non-compensatory non-linear dynamics, were analyzed Structural Equation Modeling combined with Artificial Neural Networks. Apart direct effects usefulness being non-significant, all other hypotheses confirmed. Furthermore, according normalized importance derived multilayer perceptron analysis, satisfaction was identified as most critical predictor (100%), followed confirmation (29.9%), (28.3%), (22.6%), (21.6%). These constructs explained 62.1% total variance This utilized two-stage analytical approach, enhancing depth accuracy data processing expanding methodological scope research technology. findings contribute United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4, which aims ensure inclusive equitable quality education promote lifelong learning opportunities for 2030.
