This study proposes a novel approach for analyzing learning behaviors in Chinese language education by integrating generative attention mechanisms and state transition equations. method dynamically adjusts weights models real-time changes students’ emotional behavioral states, addressing key limitations of existing approaches. A central innovation is the introduction loss function, which jointly optimizes sentiment prediction behavior analysis, enhancing adaptability model to diverse scenarios. based on empirical experiments involving student tracking, personalized path modeling. Experimental results demonstrate this method’s effectiveness, achieving an accuracy 90.6%, recall 88.4%, precision 89.3%, F1-score 88.8% tasks. Furthermore, attains satisfaction score 89.2 with 94.3% positive feedback rate, significantly outperforming benchmark such as BERT, GPT-3, T5. These findings validate practical applicability robustness proposed method, offering structured framework teaching optimization dynamic modeling education.

This study aims to explore the mediating role of confidence and artificial intelligence (AI) readiness in university teachers' behavioral intention adopt AI technology, providing empirical support for enhancing willingness use technology from both theoretical practical perspectives. used a random sampling method conduct an online survey 504 teachers, assessing impact subjective norms on intention. The included scales norms, confidence, readiness, Data analysis was performed using AMOS 26, SPSS Statistics 27 software Model 6 PROCESS 4.0 plugin, aiming investigate between Subjective were found have significant positive correlation with indirectly influenced through or readiness. Confidence played chain-mediating relationship (β = 0.0324, 95% CI: [0.0129, 0.0551]), accounting 12.87% total effect. reveals indicating that not only directly enhance but also exert indirect effects single chain mediation findings highlight critical intention, suggesting effectively increase it is important focus improving their thereby strengthening norms.

In recent years, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly relevant in various sectors, including higher education. This study investigates psychosocial factors influencing AI among Peruvian university students and uses an extended UTAUT2 model to examine constructs that may impact acceptance use. employed a quantitative approach with survey-based design. A total 482 from public private universities Peru participated research. The utilized partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze data test hypothesized relationships between constructs. findings revealed three out six significantly influenced students. Performance expectancy (β = 0.274), social influence 0.355), learning self-efficacy 0.431) were found have significant positive effects on adoption. contrast expectations, ethical awareness, perceived playfulness, readiness anxiety did not impacts appropriation this context. highlights importance practical benefits, context, self-confidence within These contribute understanding diverse educational settings provide framework for developing effective implementation strategies education institutions. results can guide policymakers creating targeted approaches enhance integration academic environments, focusing demonstrating value AI, leveraging networks, building students' confidence their ability learn use technologies.
