Hospital discharge for older adult patients carries risks. Effective patient-provider communication is crucial postacute care. Technology-based tools are promising in improving patient experience and outcomes. However, there limited evidence comparing provider user experiences on a large-scale basis, hindering the exploration of true shared understanding. This study aimed to evaluate an electronic health record-based tool by examining perspectives. comprised cross-sectional self-administered staff survey pre-post survey. Physicians, nurses, aged 65 years discharged from 4 public hospitals were included. ABSTRACT The benefits of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in enhancing second language (L2) learning are well established. However, these advantages can only be realised if learners willing to adopt the technology. This study, grounded Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB), investigated factors influencing behavioural intention use GenAI among 337 Chinese college L2 using five validated scales. A Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with Amos 24 yielded several key findings. Notably, demographic encompassing gender and age did not significantly affect TPB components. Subjective norm attitude were found have a positive significant impact on intention, while perceived control demonstrate effect. Furthermore, literacy emerged as predictor both directly indirectly through its influence attitude. Collectively, variables accounted for 51.6% variance intention. study also discusses theoretical pedagogical implications offers suggestions future research.

The integration of artificial intelligence into education has emerged as a promising avenue for enriching teaching and learning experiences. Nevertheless, the successful implementation in educational contexts hinges upon various factors, one which is perspective instructors. With this mind, study aimed to examine perspectives 536 instructors STEM non-STEM disciplines regarding AI integration. respondents' thoughts, opinions, concerns advantages, disadvantages challenges were gathered through an online questionnaire featuring both closed open-ended questions. Additionally, series semi-structured interview sessions conducted with cohort collect qualitative quantitative data. findings revealed that expressed positive attitudes toward technologies education. However, notable differences responses also identified relation perceived capabilities limitations within contexts. results further elucidated spectrum opinions on benefits (e.g., scalability tirelessness), drawbacks deepfake technology comfort-seeking behavior), potential disillusionment espionage) associated concluded by discussing implications these offering recommendations effective ethical classrooms.

This narrative review synthesizes and analyzes empirical studies on the adoption acceptance of ChatGPT in higher education, addressing need to understand key factors influencing its use by students educators. Anchored theoretical frameworks such as Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory Use (UTAUT), Diffusion Innovation (DoI) Theory, Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) model, Planned Behavior, this highlights central constructs shaping behavior. The confirmed include hedonic motivation, usability, perceived benefits, system responsiveness, relative advantage, whereas effects social influence, facilitating conditions, privacy, security vary. Conversely, technology readiness extrinsic motivation remain unconfirmed consistent predictors. study employs a qualitative synthesis 40 peer-reviewed studies, applying thematic analysis uncover patterns driving adoption. findings reveal that, while traditional models offer valuable insights, deeper exploration contextual psychological is necessary. study’s implications inform future research directions institutional strategies for integrating AI support educational innovation.

Abstract ChatGPT, a sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot capable of providing personalised responses to users’ inquiries, recently has had substantial impact on education. Many studies have explored the use ChatGPT in English as second language (ESL) and foreign (EFL) education since its release 30 November 2022. However, there been lack systematic reviews summarising both current knowledge gaps this research area. This review analyses 70 empirical related ESL/EFL within 1.5-year period following release. Using Technology-based Learning Model, we provide comprehensive overview domains which applied, methodological approaches, associated issues. The included collectively solid evidence regarding affordances (e.g., increased learning opportunities, learning, teacher support) potential drawbacks incorrect information, privacy leakage, academic dishonesty) our findings indicate that majority focused students’ AI tool writing, while few quantitatively examined effects performance motivation. In addition, other skills, such reading, speaking, listening, remains under-researched. Therefore, recommend longer-term with rigorous designs quasi-experimental designs) objective data sources standardised tests) be conducted more robust influence acquisition.
