The advancement of digital technology requires educators to possess adequate literacy effectively integrate into the teaching and learning process. However, among subject teachers varies widely special attention, especially in maximizing use support educational practices. This study aims provide an overview levels Indonesian language at junior high school level. research employed a qualitative method with online survey involving 72 teachers, selected through cluster-quota sampling technique. instrument was questionnaire adapted from DigCompEdu model, comprising 22 core statements 13 additional questions explore sample’s characteristics environment. Data were analyzed by comparing percentage scores each aspect within model. results showed that most reached B1: Integrator level literacy, reflecting their ability teaching. Teachers predominantly used technologies such as presentation media when subjects. also identified several areas for improvement, including reflective practice, resource selection, teaching, evidence analysis, differentiation personalization, communication skills. concludes emphasizing importance continuous development enable maximize potential education.

Çalışmada uzaktan öğretici rolündeki öğretmenlerin dijital yeterliklerinin belirlenerek çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini öğretim deneyimine sahip 470 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. veri toplama aracı olarak Eğitimciler için Dijital Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi ölçeği betimsel ve kestirimsel analiz yöntemleri Çalışma sonucunda yeterlik çerçevesinin ortalaması hesaplanmıştır. Ortalamanın çerçevesindeki karşılığı “Uzman” sınıfına denk gelmektedir. Cinsiyet faktörüne göre düzeyleri erkek lehine anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Bununla birlikte çalışılan okul düzeyi, öğrenim seviyesi, günlük teknolojik cihaz kullanım süresi deneyim gibi faktörler ise arasında gözlenmemiştir.

Abstract This study investigates the digital competence levels of Lebanese preservice and in-service teachers using European Framework for Digital Competence Educators (DigCompEdu). The research aims to explore existing gap in between these two groups through a cross-sectional descriptive survey, involving 170 194 from various undergraduate teacher training programs Lebanon. findings reveal significant differences all six areas no difference per subject areas, with demonstrating higher overall compared teachers. draws attention need improved practical targeted interventions education better prepare demands modern classrooms. have implications policy practice, particularly enhancing meet evolving needs education.
