This study examines the barriers and facilitators to integrating ICT in teaching learning English pronunciation among university lecturers students. Three female from a Jordanian government university's Department of Pharmacy, with experience spanning 3 10 years, participated, along six focus groups male students aged 20 23 Faculty Pharmacy. Thematic analysis uncovered such as limited access, inadequate training, large class sizes, time constraints, students' negative attitudes low skills, alongside including leadership support, tool accessibility, basic training for students, consistent integration assessment curriculum. Students advocated lecturer mobile device integration, smaller specialized courses. offers fresh insights into understanding perceptions adoption benefiting researchers policymakers focusing on teacher professional development enhance at tertiary level.
