As education increasingly relies on data-driven methodologies, accurately predicting student performance is essential for implementing timely and effective interventions. The California Student Performance Dataset offers a distinctive basis analyzing complex elements that affect educational results, such as demographics, academic behaviours, emotional health. This study presents the GNN-Transformer-InceptionNet (GNN-TINet) model to overcome constraints of prior models fail effectively capture intricate interactions in multi-label contexts, where students may display numerous categories concurrently. GNN-TINet utilizes InceptionNet, transformer architectures, graph neural networks (GNN) improve precision forecasting. Advanced preprocessing approaches, Contextual Frequency Encoding (CFI) Adaptive Imputation (CAI), were used dataset 97,000 occurrences. achieved exceptional outcomes, exceeding current standards with Predictive Consistency Score (PCS) 0.92 an accuracy 98.5%. Exploratory data analysis revealed significant relationships between GPA, homework completion, parental involvement, emphasizing nature achievement. results illustrate GNN-TINet’s potential identify at-risk pupils, providing robust resource educators policymakers learning outcomes. enhances mining by enabling focused interventions promote equality, tackling challenges domain.
