The competition in the modern education system is growing every year. Nowadays, to gain confidence professional field, it important for teachers express themselves by developing their personal brand. We understand teacher’s brand as habit of being popular among colleagues and creating one’s own identity. In recent decades, issue necessity possess flexible skills order perform duties has become increasingly pertinent. research article examines role soft shaping a brand, which crucial aspect contemporary settings. This study based on theoretical frameworks formation, complemented practical observations analysis current demands placed teachers. authors posit that identification structural components skills, are critical development will facilitate this process considering specific attributes phenomenon particularities teachers’ activities. identifies delineates including self-presentation, emotional intelligence, fairness, creativity, leadership. To validate proposed hypothesis, survey was conducted using digital platform Google Forms. consisted two stages: at first stage, we surveyed respondents who were not teachers; they asked 8 questions; At second interviewed 5 questions. results indicates identified contributes formation positive image teacher significantly influences enhancement status, well quality efficiency educational process.
