Organic pesticide residues accumulate in the human body through dietary consumption, presenting a significant health risk. Therefore, efficient and sensitive detection of these is crucial. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), as powerful non-destructive technology, has attracted more attention due to its exceptional sensitivity versatility. This study presents novel Au/Cu2O/ZnO SERS substrate, synthesized multiple-cycle chemical adsorption plus reduction method, which exhibits sensitivity, stability, repeatability. The substrate achieves remarkable limit (LOD) 10–13 M for Rhodamine 6G (R6G), with an impressive enhancement factor approximately 3.8 × 1010. Notably, substrate's efficacy was further demonstrated successful deltamethrin LOD 0.01 mg/L. effects ZnO, Cu2O, Au on performance were clarified comprehensive analysis charge transfer mechanism. Experimental results demonstrate that multiple heterojunctions within ternary composite structure significantly facilitate photo-induced transfer, thereby enhancing activity. demonstrates potential three-dimensional structures improve offers strategy designing noble metal/semiconductor substrates characterized by dense hotspots high contributions.

This study investigates the combined effects of polystyrene nanoplastics (PS-NPs) and deltamethrin (DEL) on mice, focusing their different impacts among organs. Mice were exposed to PS-NPs and/or DEL for 30 days. Results showed that alleviated DEL-induced oxidative damage in liver kidney by reducing its accumulation due decreased bioaccessibility. Conversely, increased intestine, leading enhanced susceptibility enteric infections caused bacteria, viruses, parasites, as indicated transcriptomic analysis. delayed excretion gastrointestinal motility, evidenced altered neurotransmitter levels, thereby contributing greater intestinal DEL. Moreover, 16S rDNA sequencing revealed tended decrease beneficial bacteria increase pathogenic gut microbiota, further heightening upon coexposure. The findings this shed new light complex health risks associated with coexposure pesticides.

Deltamethrin (Del), a widely utilized pyrethroid pesticide, exhibits significant risks to human health due its persistent environmental residues. This study aims develop an efficient sensing detector for rapid Del detection through aptamer-based recognition. A modified Capture-SELEX strategy successfully identified Del-1, high-affinity DNA aptamer demonstrating specific binding with dissociation constant (Kd) of 82.90 ± 6.272 nM. Molecular docking analysis revealed strong intermolecular interactions between Del-1 and Del, exhibiting favorable energy -7.35 kcal·mol-1. Leveraging these findings, we constructed colorimetric using gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (PDDA)-mediated aggregation modulation. The employed dual parameters: (1) characteristic color transition from red blue (2) quantitative ∆A650/A520 ratio measurement. optimized system achieved limit 54.57 ng·mL-1 exceptional specificity against other competitive pesticides. Practical validation spiked fruit samples (apples pears) yielded satisfactory recoveries 74-118%, the sensor's reliability in real-sample analysis. developed methodology presents promising approach on-site monitoring contaminants agricultural products.

Deltamethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide commonly used to kill animal parasites in aquaculture. However, increasing evidence suggests that deltamethrin affects the health of aquatic animals by causing tissue damage and even death. In this study, caused gill liver tissues, as well its effects on oxidative stress immune metabolism, were studied Paralichthys olivaceus. We observed positive correlation between residual levels (Del) exposure concentrations, with highest residue detected 0.28 μg/L concentration group (0.0684 mg/kg at 7 days). Then, we different degrees tissues olivaceus, including swelling, apical fusion, shedding secondary lamellae, cell necrosis, nuclear vacuolization, observing sections. Lysozyme enzyme activity increased, whereas catalase alkaline phosphatase activities decreased. The transcriptome results control high-concentration (0.28 μg/L) groups showed there 697 differentially expressed genes, 390 upregulated 307 downregulated genes. These genes significantly enriched oxidation-reduction, ferroptosis, steroid biosynthesis, apoptosis pathways. summary, found induces metabolic disorders P. olivaceus leads inflammation. fish body resists such through complex regulatory network. experimental provide theoretical reference for safe use
