An important way to realize urban–rural integration and regional coordinated development is attract labor forces back rural areas. Most of the existing studies consider impact individual factors on population migration, they lack a systematic framework analyze combined different return migration. Furthermore, in practice, interaction within social ecosystem as an driver migration always ignored. Using data from 131 villages 14 cities Guangxi, China, with Coupled Infrastructure System sustainable livelihoods framework, this paper analyzes comprehensive internal components Qualitative comparative analysis used identify four condition combinations that can effectively promote five make vulnerable. The main conclusions are follows. First, high-level public infrastructure providers driving factor for areas, substitution effect exists between them livelihood capitals. Second, sufficient human capital crucial highlighting importance structure members collective atmosphere. Third, natural economic emphasized by previous research not key conditions forming high level Fourth, vulnerability mainly caused decline capital, loss providers, excessive dependence or physical input. To areas need pay attention synergy multi-dimensional special emphasis should be placed cultivation leadership enhancement capital. This provides more instrumental analytical perspective understanding promoting While deepening dynamic relationship mobility, it also offers policy insights developing countries achieve integrated development.

The impact of urban e-commerce transformation on economic resilience can help a country improve its ability to resist risks and seize the initiative in development. This study examines construction National E-commerce Demonstration City (NEDC) using staggered different-in-differences approach sample 282 Chinese cities from 2006 2020. results show NEDC significantly strengthens resilience. result remains robust after undergoing placebo test, exclusion other policies interference, examining endogeneity. Furthermore, noteworthy heterogeneity exists effect resilience, particularly eastern, developed regions, with high Internet penetration. mechanisms analysis indicates that enhances by expanding scale employment enhancing market dynamism. Overall, this refines causal relationship between development providing empirical evidence policy insights for China countries enhance stabilize macroeconomic fluctuations.
