In recent years, marine oil spill accidents have been occurring frequently during extraction and transportation, seriously damage the ecological balance. Accurate monitoring of spills plays a vital role in estimating volume, determination liability, clean-up. The that leaks into natural environments is not single type oil, but mixture various products, film thickness on sea surface uneven under influence wind waves. Increasing mixed dimension mix proportion has proposed to weaken effect detection environment fluorescence measurement results. To preserve relationships between data films with different thicknesses mixing proportions, three-dimensional spectral seawater were measured laboratory, producing thickness-fluorescence matrix proportion-fluorescence matrix. nonlinear variation spectra was investigated according lidar equation. This work pre-processes by sum normalization two-dimensional principal component analysis (2DPCA) uses dimensionality reduction results as two feature-point views. Then, semi-supervised classification collaborative training (co-training) K-nearest neighbors (KNN) decision tree (DT) used identify samples. show average overall accuracy this coupling model can reach 100%, which 20.49% higher than thickness-only view. Using unlabeled reduce cost acquisition, improve generalization ability, provide theoretical significance application prospects for discrimination spectrally similar species environments.
