In recent years, marine oil spill accidents have been occurring frequently during extraction and transportation, seriously damage the ecological balance. Accurate monitoring of spills plays a vital role in estimating volume, determination liability, clean-up. The that leaks into natural environments is not single type oil, but mixture various products, film thickness on sea surface uneven under influence wind waves. Increasing mixed dimension mix proportion has proposed to weaken effect detection environment fluorescence measurement results.
