China is undergoing rapid urbanization, which brings about drastic land cover changes and thus has an important impact on carbon stocks. Therefore, it of great significance to study the driving factors in typical cities simulate their stocks multiple scenarios, order promote development sustainable use resources achieve goal “dual-carbon.” In this study, based synergistic relationship between stock (CS), a coupled modeling framework MOP-FLUS-InVEST (MFI) proposed, integrates advantages three models: targeted optimization (LC) structure, patch-level simulation layout, probing spatial temporal evolutions CS. addition, 30 m resolution surface data, we analyzed change characteristics Shijiazhuang, city urbanization China, from 2000 2020 using dynamic attitude model. The results show that rate Shijiazhuang City relatively fast, but gradually slows down during 20-year period. LC mainly manifested mutual transfer cropland, woodland grassland. future, area water bodies bare decreases, business-as-usual (BAU) scenario most increase construction land, grassland are weak, with economic benefits. Ecological Priority Development (EDP) scenario, expand significantly while growth stagnates, ecological functions restored. Ecologically Economically Balanced (EEB) increases built-up down, realizing both continuous shrinkage pressing issue. model can provide scientific references for CS, early warning risks, planning.

To mitigate the conflict between ecological restoration and pursuit of economic benefits in characteristic agriculture within plateau regions, this study proposes a theoretical framework for supervising plateau-characteristic agroecological security (PCAES). Initially, is conceptualized as an artificial ecosystem resulting from complex interactions environment specific agricultural resources given region; thus, PCAES defined sustainable developmental state that ensures high-quality resource supply without compromising integrity. Subsequently, constructed by analyzing supervisory subjects, objects, their interrelationships, followed in-depth three different perspectives. At foundational level, monitoring evaluation mechanism focuses on gathering data regarding composition environmental conditions to assess security. intermediate early warning decision-making aims at estimating potential issues then designing selecting optimal measures. higher control assurance directs stakeholders toward compliance with safety regulations via allocation macro-policy interventions while ensuring effective system operation. This holds significant implications advancing green development initiatives, enhancing scientific innovation, promoting practices agriculture.
