Purpose Leadership research has traditionally focused on formal leadership; however, leaders may emerge in informal settings self-managed teams, and little is known about who emergent are what their characteristics are. This study investigates leaders' behaviors, roles, skills, leadership style, drawing a multi-method approach. Предмет. В современном мире ужесточенной конкуренции организации вынуждены искать дополнительные методы повышения эффективности своей деятельности для удержания высоких позиций на рынке. Главным ресурсом, способствующим развитию компании, является человеческий капитал, поэтому вопрос производительности и труда при сбалансированной организационной структуре остается актуальным. Цель. Целью данного исследования анализ связи между уровнем выполнения КПЭ характеристиками сотрудников организации. Методология. статье рассмотрена зависимость уровня сотрудниками крупной аутсорсинговой от различных личностных организационных характеристик. С помощью регрессионного анализа были выделены характеристики, больше всего влияющие уровень КПЭ, а именно переменные, поддерживающие эффекты конформизма социального влияния (такие как среднее значение коллег). Было также выделено 3 группы переменных, которых проведён дополнительный их взаимосвязи со всеми остальными факторами: режим работы, количество коллег. Выводы. На основании проведенного авторы дают рекомендации по возможностям изменения структуры с целью достижения максимальной производительности, возможной автоматизации процесса. Представляется, что использование подобного автоматизированного подхода позволит достичь прироста бизнеса без значительных финансовых вложений, поможет более точно подходить к планированию изменений.
