The main objective of this study is to develop a fuzzy‐based approach for building multistage, multiproduct, and multiperiod supply chain network (SCN) after before the COVID‐19 pandemic. proposed model optimizes production distribution planning under uncertainty in stochastic process network. designed help decision‐makers manage green (GSC) their organizations. It was developed using mixed‐integer linear programming (MILP) approach. aims maximize customer satisfaction pre‐ post‐COVID‐19 era by reducing total cost delivery time they face. also estimates production, asset locations, order allocation, inventory levels. Under uncertain conditions, new probabilistic MILP addresses SCN design (SCND) problem. two objectives are concepts ownership, activity‐based costing, just‐in‐time (JIT) production. model’s outputs include quantity goods purchased, produced, inventoried, delivered, transported selection suppliers COVID situation. A numerical example solved above technique given evaluate validate solution Finally, results presented.

Abstract Modern industries use advanced technological solutions to efficiently manage waste and increase the sustainability of supply chain (SC) networks. Technologies in SC networks can achieve this by establishing a link between circular economy principles Industry 4.0. Therefore, study, for first time, novel bi‐objective mixed‐integer linear programming model is developed design sustainable network considering practices, Internet Things (IoT) technology, location‐routing problem with simultaneous pickup‐and‐delivery (P&D) strategy electric vehicle (EV) battery industry. The proposed locates distribution recycling centers considers routing P&D service providers. By applying augmented epsilon‐constraint method, balance established minimizing total costs carbon emissions, set Pareto‐optimal provided. It should be noted that reduces IoT technology provides conditions designing secure traceable network. performance evaluated using data from an EV module manufacturing company Far East. A sensitivity analysis parameters related operational costs, demand demonstrated accuracy model.
