ABSTRACT In the era where sustainability is vital, global value chains (GVCs) appear as an opportunity and obstacle for fostering sustainable development (SD) in developing economies. The present research inspects influence of GVCs on 76 Belt Road (B&R) economies during 2002–2019, combining multi‐region input–output analysis with econometric techniques. main findings are: (1) position has a robust positive link development. (2) Participation forward augments practices deepening backward would reduce (3) Developed, emerging, could improve increased GVCs. Increasing lessen developing, underdeveloped economies, increase developed (4) positively encourage through technological modernization industrial structure, while have adverse effects. Accordingly, to fully attain potential, it essential enhance regional cooperation environmental governance emissions management throughout GVC stages; sustain participation actively progressing toward knowledge‐intensive linkages; implement innovation strategies strengthen domestic capabilities structure; shift from resource‐based innovation‐driven

Identifying and assessing the key factors that influence operations of public transportation from an operational risk perspective is a critical challenge. In this paper, in order to tackle issue by dissecting 18 through comprehensive lens encompasses five dimensions operation: infrastructure completeness, procedures, management practices, process requirements, mitigation strategies, each with its respective evaluative metrics. To offer nuanced analysis these factors, we introduce entropy weight-based DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory) method. This approach leverages weight decision-making quantify significance factor, acknowledging inherent uncertainties evaluation process. By applying method collected data, it becomes evident safety consciousness stands out as pivotal human initiative emerging central element flow transportation. Furthermore, our study reveals substantial funding, technological advancements, regular inspections, stringent regulations are warrant considerable attention operations. The findings underscore necessity for multifaceted bolster efficiency services. foster safer more effective system, imperative stakeholders not only heighten their vigilance regarding but also ensure adequate financial resources regulatory frameworks place. Only holistic multidimensional strategy can hope minimize incidence risks.
